Authorize.net Set Up on Wordpress Site

We are in need of some help with setting up a bill pay functionality for a client's wordpress website. They want to use [login to view URL] which connects in with their Chase Bank. The client doesn't need a cart or any of that, it would be a simple "Bill Pay" page on the website with fields for payment info, billing info, patient name, invoice number, and amount. We were thinking the patient would just input their invoice number and the amount manually and then input info to process payment. We purchased the [login to view URL] extension for Woocommerce thinking this should work. Hoping this is fairly straightforward. Let me know of questions.
