Build a WordPress recruitment website integrating XML and RSS feeds as per the theme given in the brief

We have a business in web design and marketing, but the business is changing and we are now a lot more recruitment focused, recruiting contractors and full time staff within the virtual event and webinar industry.
The business needs a new branding and website, admits the website we want to focus on here.
I have commissioned 2 new videos, which will be made in the same style as this one here.

The vacancies come exported in an XML file to embed on the website.
Please see the following examples of other websites that pull and present job details using XML from the same software:

Note how this allows for searches, categories, sub-categories, locations and job types. I want to be able to offer those drill downs too.
For the site design we need no more than 10 pages. We need the site to look professional and themed to match the video.
We recruit people for the virtual event and webcasting industries.
The site map would be as follows

2. About Us
3. Jobs (this is to have the XML of the job listings)
4. For Clients
5. For Candidates
6. Client Feedback
7. Webinars in the News ( you would need to create and imbed RSS feeds from Google News)
8. Web Hosting
9. Contact Us
10. Legal (Terms of Site Use, Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy)
I can provide the text and the videos, you would need to create the website, images and put all together.
The site needs to be in WordPress, use a fast loading theme with no visible credits.
Plugins needed would be to allow for
• Rapid loading of images (Schmush or similar)
• Sharing of pages on email / social media etc
• Social media links to follow on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
• Dettering spam
The site needs to be fully functioning running WordPress with no custom coding, and a fully licensed theme – I will pay for the license.
The job includes site design and build, refining on my feedback (but I am easy to work with ? demonstrating it at a test URL then migrating the agreed completed site to the main URL, and correcting any path changes needed since the migration.
The site will be hosted at [login to view URL] hosting, using a shared server with SSL.
Freelancer.com is great and you can see I use it a lot.
But one of the problems I have with it is that I get so many bidders who just bid and don’t even read the project description.
I want to make sure you have read and fully understood this project requirement, so with this in mind I will only consider bids for this project that start with the web address of my websites, which is easy to find out if you watch the video on the youtube link given ?
