I have just set up a word press website called "Addiction Help Agency", which I have shared hosting for at IONOS, and I would like a quote on setting up/ customising wordpress plugins, ideally free but paid if absolutely necessary, for three things: 1) A Professional Membership Directory 2) A Public Forum, and 3) An Auction page.
1) We have "clients" who are addicts needing counselling or therapy (several types available) from "professionals" who are the counsellors/therapists. The membership for clients doesn't need to be verified, they just need to join in order to be able to comment in the forum and bid in the auction. However, they need to be able to create an Alias name/Avatar, to protect their identity.
However, the membership of Professionals needs to be verified by a) Photo-Id (Ie. Passport or Driving License), b) Proof of Address (dated within last 3 months) and 3) Copy of Qualifications (Up to four documents). The Professional Directory will be a searchable database with drop down menus N.B. Only members will be able to search the professional directory.
Finally, this needs to be linked to the Forum.
2) The Members’ Forum. This is like a redditt page with a landing page with the INDEX of current topics, which then link to new pages for each topic. The Forum is open to the public but only members are able to comment. Premium Professional Members are able to comment and their Photo from their profile needs to be visible.
3) a) I would like registered Professionals to be able to auction their online or face-to-face services eg. Six hours of cognitive based therapy, and then for registered Clients to be able to bid for this.
3)b) I would like Clients to be be able to describe their condition eg., I have been a drug addict for 10 years, and ask for Bids to support them, which ONLY professionals, not other Clients, can then bid for with details, eg. I would recommend I give you 100 hours of psychotherapy and I will charge you $10,000." At the end of the auction the client will be able to choose which of the bids they want to accept, but, importantly, it may NOT be the lowest bid. So the client needs to have the option to select the bid when the time runs out. And have, say 24 hours to decide, before, say, the lowest bid is automatically selected but then the client needs to confirm this before making payment, of course.
c) I would like the Client, in both of the above cases, to make the payment as soon as the auction ends to confirm acceptance of the offer, via paypal or credit or debit card. I don't know how payments usually work for Ultimate WOO Auction Pro but I want the easiest and cheapest solution. Would that be that the client just pays the professional in advance? Or pay us and then we pay the professional maybe less a commission AFTER the work has been completed, as a sort of fail-safe guarantee? Or is that too difficult to do? If so, could we deduct our commission, say 15% at source, as soon as the Client makes the payment, and the balance goes to the Professional? Or would it be easier to send the Professional a monthly statement or invoice for the commission owing to us for the clients they've booked?
d) We need some sort of calendar for each Professional so they, and we can, track who they are are seeing and when so we have a record of their work.
I am setting this charity up myself and therefore funds are very limited as we have no income yet. I am therefore looking for how these three objectives can be met using or customising free plugins (please state which on quote) , and only if we must use a paid plugin (state cost on quote) , and paying for time customising. No rush, but I would like you to suggest dates for completing each stage and final delivery date in quote.
