The Executive Assistant will manage SVP's day-to-day administrative functions such as Microsoft Outlook, Wordpress, calendar management, heavy domestic travel arrangements, including detailed agendas/itineraries and expense reporting. Proactively support SVP in coordinating special projects, high-level meetings (both internal/external).
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Properly code and process invoices: set-up purchase order requisitions, establish new vendors, as necessary, and work with Accounts Payable.
• Work with SVP to ensure cross-departmental communication is timely and effective.
• Outreach and Follow-up with Internal and External Customers.
• Assist with preparing presentation materials for meetings as well as coordination and communication with members of the team.

Required Skills:
• The ability to work overtime is required. Must have at least 5 years experience supporting senior level executives, preferably with some experience in telecommunications and within a Sales and Marketing department or an entrepreneurial environment.
• Individual must be able to work for 'virtual' and 'on site' executives who travel extensively.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook calendar.
• Some knowledge of Visio and other graphical software programs would be helpful.
• Individual must be professional with the ability to quickly switch gears while maintaining composure.
• Must be great with detail, flexible, high energy and very organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Willing to work well within a team environment.
• Must be extremely discreet with confidential material.
