Wordpress - CPU almost 100% all the time

I have a wordpress website, I always used Shared Hosting and never have problems but since some time ago, it's consuming a lot of CPU (almost 100%) and RAM resources.
I would like to know what is causing this problem and fix it. I use cache plugin WP Rocket
