add video player to Xamarin project

Hi, We need to add video player to our xamarin project for ios,android, windows phone. There is an images array which is displayed on the app and if this image belongs to video, i should be able to click it and launch video player. Videos will be in format in mp4. We have current code for all platforms (one project for android and ios, separate project for windows phone) We estimate it for 6 hours of development. Please apply if you have xamarin experience and you are able to do 3 platforms and in given budget. Start is ASAP.
