430356 vBulletin Forum Style Fix

I need some fixes made to a vBulletin style/theme.

You can view the forum at:

There is a problem with the login fields in the top right. They are dark gray and the text is black, so it's very difficult to read. I need the fields changed to a white background with black text so it is easy to read. You can see the way that I want it to look in this pic:

There is also a problem with the login fields area on Internet Explorer 7 that causes the username/notifications links to get stacked on top of each other and this needs to be fixed. You can see a screenshot of the IE 7 issue here:

I would also like a welcome message box with background graphic added to the forum for visitors who are not logged in. This will replace the current Welcome Message which is just text on a blue color background. You can see an example of the way I want the Welcome message to look in this pic:

I would prefer to give you theme/style XML file and all the style images and for you to make the changes on your own VB testing server, but if you do not have the option to do this we can talk about using my own testing server.

If you know how to do this and can instruct me so that I can do it on my own live server that is equally good.
