466256 Windows Application reporting charts for C#.net Project

I want some one to design and link the charts with my xml . A chart needs to displayed based on parameters selected on the front screen of the application. The parameter values will be stored in xml files , where as variables will be shown on the screen. If you interested , i am open to discuss about this project. Please PM for more details.
