Modify Existing Site

I wish to modify and existing real estate sales website and create an ASP that will take an upload file in a specific format. The site is currently dependant on it's existing host's servers to operate correctly. I wish to be able to choose my host and still have an active site with similar functionality to the current one. Therefore giving me more control over the site's content.
