XML data extraction to CSV

I have several 100 .xml files of some size. I need a script that can find data between 2 tags and write that data to a new file. I would like to be able to run this in a folder full of xml files and have the script return 1 file per xml with the tag as the header record and the data listed below. here is a sample of a record from one of the xml files. A complete xml is attached. <App action="A" id="1"> <BaseVehicle id="1"/> <EngineBase id="13"/> <Qty>1</Qty> <PartType id="2172"/> <Part>OR2451</Part> <DisplayOrder>1</DisplayOrder> I would like the PartTypeID and Part extracted.. Some things of note.. the files will all have these 2 tags inside the App record however they may not be above one another in each file as to say other tags maybe in between. I do have notepad++ if someone could write a macro? to do this or I am flexible for other solutions.
