I am looking to create a windows based program/script which will check a Zendesk chat support window on a website to see if they have 'opened' yet. The chat support team generally arrives to work and 'opens' the chat for connections sometime around 7:15 - 745am eastern time USA every weekday morning. For me, being close to first in the queue is really important. I am looking for the program to somehow find out if the chat is open or not without sending them a 'message' before they open. The program needs to find this out within seconds of their opening. The program needs to alert me via windows sound that they have opened. I will have a message typed in the support chat box. when they open, the program needs to hit send so that they have my first chat message. I will then manually chat with them in this window. Before they open, messages will go to a mailbox. I dont want to annoy them and flood them with test messages to find out if they are open or not. I am looking to complete this in 3 days or less.

Hello Sir, I can check if an element exists(the chat) with python and beutiful soup. If it doesn`t exist it means that the chat window is not initialized. We can make a simple GUI that will display a message saying the window is open or the window is not open. I can start working immediatly it isn`t a hard project. Hoping to hear from you.
