The Cherish Women's Cancer Foundation is an Australian charity raising awareness and support for Ovarian cancer (the number one killing cancer in women). The site is built on-top of Wordpress and allows the site manager to change copy, add in slideshows, moving page sections, news, upload images and more with ease. The admin section was completely re-imagined to keep things easier to manage and edit amongst multiple teams. The design was handled by Monique Kneepkens from Fries Need Mayonnaise and Rem Bruijn from Brainheart whilst I undertook development of the site and turned the PSD's into a functional Wordpress theme. Figurated is an outlet for my web development expertise. It is a site that designed and built myself and that I occasionally post; tips, tricks, tutorials and articles on everything web development. The site is running on-top of Wordpress, is responsive and does not use any plugins whatsoever for functionality (everything is hand-coded to make things faster).
