I am extremely IT literate and an accomplished producer of all necessary sales documents i.e. letters, e-mail templates, phone scripts etc. I am used to working with various databases and CRM systems. With many years spent in sales, I am used to B2B and B2C sales, including cold calling and lead research for database compilation. As for my experience, I have worked in 3 top design and print agencies where we dealt with such a request on a daily basis.
