I've been in the customer service field and e-commerce for more than a decade now. I have experience in handling escalated calls, emails, and chats. I also have experienced being a virtual customer service at Amazon where I was able to learn how to use Amazon Seller Central, contact customers for their feedback (using FeedbackGenius or Feedback Five), process refunds, create promotions, and do drop shipments through seller central, track them, answering emails using Zendesk and also working on the product listing.
