Hello all,
I’m a tech-focused leader for up to 18+ years now. I graduated from college with a major in Information Technology. I got into the tech industry firstly by working as a system admin. Furthermore, I helped build and maintain datacenters, managed mission-critical systems, give a hand in schedules, supported thousands of heterogeneous network devices at the same time, and architect solutions that were both effective and cost-effective.
I managed and delivered small to large scale IT projects within many heterogeneous firms that included Virtualization, Infrastructure Upgrades, Data Migration, Consolidation, and Replication solutions.
Then, I worked as an IT Manager for a company that provided many solutions services to the enterprise sector and flat market for about eight years, there, I managed software/hardware technical projects and made sure everything went smoothly regarding business goals, deadlines, budget, and more.
Now I work as a Technical Operation Manager for a software house, leading the company's contracted projects to revolutionize technological high-security firms. I support and manage IT department members (Developers, DevOps Engineers, Systems Analysts. Network Administrators, Cloud Architect, Information Security Analysts, and Project Managers) to meet the needs of their specific projects.
For the past few years, I involved in projects that deal with large enterprises organizations under maximum security (Banks, financial companies, etc.). Also, I lead operations that help entrepreneurial ventures.
My preferred project management methodology is the Agile-Waterfall hybrid method, with the ability to use any methodologies.
I build documents with illustrations that are appealing, understandable, and visually attractive to readers.
Established a software developing online community to produce a non-profit system and provide training for free to the people interested in developing the industry, handle a CIO (Chief Information Officer) position, mentor, and we have eight groups with 80+ members in total and growing.
I have allocated between many countries, have a friendship with folks from different nationalities, familiar with French, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, German, Thai, and Tagalog languages.
In my downtime, I like to travel, go to the gym, explore new places, test new restaurants, visit family members, dance tango, play video games, read books, watch movies, listen to music, recharge my batteries, and clear my mind.
**I have redundant high-speed, reliable internet two connections (100 MB download, 15 MB upload speed each). I use three modern computers, all connected to a UPS, and a virtual/cloud test lab with capabilities to test most jobs in a simulated environment before applying it to the production system.
Furthermore, I am always available online; please have a voice or video chat. I will be here when needed.
