Virtual Assistant - Part-time, possible long term.

The freelancer decided prior to the 2nd payment that he wasn't going to be able to continue the work due to prior commitments. Up to this point he was very reliable and professional. I agreed to cancel his service and would rehire if his circumstances changed. Overall a good freelancer.
