I am a sales professional with 12 years experience in the direct marketing fields within South Africa. Recently , I have taken previously disadvantaged youth under with the hope of making them economically viable. Part of this process is to equip them with work place based skills and jobs such as data capture and all other back office related activities is the perfect place to start. I keep the learners for a year and pay them a monthly stipend while they still study and receive a qualification which is paid for by the work we produce.
