I am a dedicated and driven business professional with a breadth and depth of skills and expertise. I am extremely experienced in process improvement, training, and platform renovations. I thrive on creating solid processes and improving efficiencies. I have 5+ years of project management and process improvement experience in a variety of different career fields. I am a Project Manager in a business-to-business environment for my "day job" and I have a proficient understanding of client relationship management. I have commendable customer service and client relation skills. Project coordination, tracking and problem solving are the backbone to the success and survival of my position. I am also an officer in the USAF where I directly manage several troops for mission readiness and unit cohesion. I have extensive training and background knowledge with project management and people allocation. I can directly mentor, coach, and motivate a group of people towards a combined goal.
