This freelancer was hopeless. He did not read the requirements, waited 3 weeks to present one third of the work that was incorrectly done, and then demand a milestone for completion. He complained at first the job was badly described, when I pointed out the extensive description he had not bothered to read (probably because of poor english) he just said it was too hard. He refused to return the milestones. He then opened a dispute that he dragged out as long as possible, and lost. AVOID!
