I'm Rebecca. 25 years of age. Im currently working in Kerala, India as a senior relationship officer in Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd. My job role includes handling alliances and direct marketing. Im able to handle business communication and other administrative related works effectively. Im looking for means to work on a part time front and have an extra income. Im well versed in MS office and am comfortable in working night shifts. My background includes working in the BPO sector as technical support as well as CSR. I have been able to communicate effectively with US, UK and Asian clients. Hailing from a customer support background I am well versed to understand and resolve consumer grievances and attain a CSAT. I beleive that I am a hard working individual and prove to be an asset to my employer or team. Im also looking for means to learn more and broaden my prospects in the industry. I also beleive to complete work at the given deadline and ensure maximum dedication in my job.
