Julias work is good. There is no question about it. Further, she is consistent between her samples and the final product. My issues are as follows: Long initial wait to get her started. No initial prototypes/sketches to critique, I believe this would have saved a lot of time and removed a lot of wasted effort if these were provided. She insisted that I just trust her while she made the designs. I never find this method to work well, and in the end she made good looking things but not appropriate. Once she got into it, however it went pretty quick and she was forthcoming with the information I needed (fonts, color codes, etc). I would definitely work with her again, because the end product came out exactly as I wished, if she would agree to doing a round of design prototypes before continuing. The delays got big enough that when everything was ready, I was already on another project with little available time to approve the final work.
