The freelancer didn't have the skills I needed to change the keyline around thought bubbles. This wasn't part of the original description but it seemed easy enough and she thought she could do it. Her text messages weren't very clear. When she didn't understand a correction, instead of asking for clarification she just proceeded and did what she guessed was required or just ignored the request. She didn't proof her work against a marked up proof that I included with my request for change therefore not all of my corrections were done and some that I didn't request were added to the document. I don't think she looked at my marked up proofs. Lastly and this is a small thing. When she got the job, when she asked for $5 additional and I paid her $10 and when I made full payment before the job was done, she never thanked me.
