Since 2010, through my U.S. Navy experience, I have amplified my skills and attributes which include: leadership, strong bias for action, time management, problem-solving, skilled writer, public speaker, and performing well under pressure.
While stationed with the U.S. Marines, I have worked with and supported executives and higher personnel on providing care, proper documentation, and conducting presentations and instructional seminars pertaining to medical care and administrative training.
Prior to entering and serving in the U.S. Navy, I graduated from Berea College with a degree in communication and journalism. After graduation, I worked as a newspaper journalist and photographer for five years.
Through these experiences, I have had the opportunity to continually enhance my writing, speaking, problem-solving, and learning skills. I am looking to add value to an organization with my professional experiences, life skills, and leadership as I enter into the next chapter.
