This is the start of the program (I can demo this if you would like) that will do the following: 1. read and parse a text file 2. Take the URL from the text file and download the photo 3. Open the photo in Photoshop and resize it 4. Upload the file to your FTP site 5. Send an email to an account you specify in Wordpress thus generating a new blog post.
