Degree qualified applied chemist with over 25 years post graduate experience and nearly 30 years experience in laboratories. Including routine analysis and research experience in nuclear counting methods, handling radioisotopes, pharmaceutical analysis, physical pharmacy, natural products, environmental chemistry, water testing and trace and ultra-trace metal analysis. Have been a consulting chemist for 19 years and am also an expert in lead assessing and prevention of lead poisoning in children. I have extensive experience in chemical analytical instrumentation (both organic and inorganic) and also have experience and knowledge in WHS (Workplace Health and Safety.) Have also been involved in adult education for chemistry and environmental science at tertiary level for nearly 14 years as a part-time teacher and hold a post graduate degree in Secondary Science and Maths and the Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
