Although this was Chris' first project on RAC, his previous work on PSC and on the VB Speed competition web site convinced me to give the project to him. Despite my high expectations, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. Simply put, Chris is one of the best workers I've ever worked with (and I've met more than a few). We ran into a few difficulties with the code, but he always found a way to get around them. His knowledge of the intricacies of the VB language is very impressive. His dedication to the project was nothing short of astonishing, and he completed much more than I expected in record time. Communication was smooth and frequent, we chatted via AIM and sent each other emails daily. He is very easy to get along with, and he took the time to explain every bit of code that I had questions about. Chris is a perfectionist. Over the last 3 days he sent me 12 different versions of the code, each one better than the last. This includes modifications that I asked him to perform, and ideas that he came up with on his own to improve the project. Chris also said he would contact me if he thought of a way to improve the code in the future. Overall I am extremely satisfied working with Chris on this project. I will definitely ask him to work for me again on other VB projects. His knowledge and skills make him one of RAC's best assets. I expect he will soon be rated among the top 10 workers here. Mark my words :)
