Manpower hiring Application
A manpower agency wanted to automate their workflow such that the burden of manual entry & human error-rate will be reduced in their process. Keeping the requirements of the client in mind, we created an application that will take an input of company, candidate, jobs and resume data. Once the details of the candidate uploaded in the DB, automatic tasks were assigned to the different teams handling Interview, Medical, Passport & Visa for the candidates. Also, we have implemented OCR technology to read documents like resume, passport & visa and automatically input their details into the database. This has reduced the manual intervention needed in the process and so the overall error-rate.
