Downhom (the worker) alleged that the deliverables were 100% complete by the deadline and ensilva (the employer) alleged that they were not. vWorker tested the deliverables and found one or more non-cosmetic flaws in the deliverables. On investigation it was determined that Downhom had not requested for some specific information and hence they had not implemented that feature. Hence the work was not 100% complete as Downhom had alleged. ensilva had released 51% of the funds. All funds in escrow were returned to ensilva.
