· Developed new and maintained the existing software product called Acclaim which pre-screened potential candidates for job positions requisitioned in the system by HRMC’s customers. The prescreening process was done via the website which was templatted to look like the customers hiring website and also prescreening took place by phone. The system was build around a smart scripting engine developed in ASP which used SQL for storage. The IVR system was written in C++ but used the scripting engine in place so that a single hiring script could be used for the phone or web. Also was lead developer in a trimmed down version of acclaim for small business owners which allowed them to create an account and choose from pre done scripts to prescreen applicants for their available positions. Secure credit card processing was done via Verisign’s PayFlow Pro API and SSL. The small business version was completely self-serve to keep costs down for small business owners. Also developed internal tools and utilities to help with the day to day business tasks.
