The project was awarded 3 weeks ago. We agreed to a 14 day project window with the last 7 days for final updates/changes. I was told yesterday that he "started but has not made good progress" and that "he'd be happy" if I found someone else to complete the job. He claimed family and health issues. He has had good communication in prior projects, but poor communication on this one. Previous smaller jobs went smoothly and I gave five stars - this larger project is very disappointing.

Knew exactly what I needed and how to do it. Completed the job less than an hour after I posted it. I highly recommend hiring him for your next project!
