Lancashire Invasives
A website created for a non-profit organization. It was built on top of the Codeigniter PHP framework and includes an administration panel that queues submitted sightings for approval and enables the administrator to extract and export data using different filters. The contained map uses clustering to optimize the performance with large amounts of added entries. It also features several geographical regions that can be switched on and off. The website leverages reverse geocoding to determine additional data for each sighting (such as the county). The administration interface features management, search and export functionality using CSV files. Additionally administrators can edit and extend the content of the website using WYSIWYG editors.
