I have been working in a telecom industry for the last 5 years as CRM-Contact Center Specialist. I am a certified engineer from Ericsson in Multimedia Contact Center application Solidus ecare. I handle a Contact Center of fifteen servers and eighty (80) workstaions. My key role is to admin all these system, troubleshoot, user training,conduct with cross functional team. Besides, i have the experience report generation from sql server. I have sound knowledge in pc troubleshooting and worked as helpdesk support engineer. I have worked as Customer care executive for three years. So i have very good knowledge of handling customers. Besides this, i have experience on working as telesales executive. My strength is i can understand my customer, i can fix errors fast, i am quick learner and i have very good communication skill.
