Functional Tasks :-
* Functional requirement gathering and obtain acceptance from clients without many iterations that express what action a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
* Responsible to prepare FRD (Functional Requirement Document)/ BRD (Business Requirements Document)
* To do Gap Fit Analysis.
* CRM Customization and Prototyping.
* Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application to achieve the clients business requirements.
* Optimizing Call Center Operations using Microsoft Unified Service Desk (USD)
* Reengineer Process Workflows and prepare "to-be" process workflow maps.
* Prepare the SOPs for the Operations Department.
* Train the business users in the new SOPs and the new IT application system.
* Help with the User Acceptance Test (UAT) of the new IT application system.
* To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements
* To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs (Reports| Interfaces| Conversions| Enhancements & Forms)
* Leading key sections of an engagement.
* Day-to-day management of client relationships.
* Researching issues and hypotheses regarding a client problem.
* Assisting the Senior Consultant in formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions for the client.
* Takes assigned project from original concept through Implementation.
* Creates and maintains project schedule by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, estimating deadlines, monitoring milestone completion.
Provides timely reporting of issues that impact project progress and work towards resolving the same.
* Documenting, prioritizing and tracking requests and coordinating with the Project Manager and the Team.
* Maintaining strong working relationship with existing clients.
Technical Development
• Involved in developing Plug Ins and deploying using CRM SDK, for different scenarios given by the Lead.
• Handled in Full Solution Designing along with customization of MS CRM Entities, Roles.
• Involved in developing Plugin (C# code), system workflows, Security Model, Web resource, Business Process Flow and Business Rules.
• Involved in developing Demo CRM Environment including Ribbon and Site Map Customization using XRM Tool Box.
• Involved in Solution movement between different environments.
• Involved data integration between different environment using NAV and SAP Integration.
• Involved in Developing SSRS Reports. And Sub Reports
