Being the Executive Director of SCC Fund, I am responsible for project and organizational management of the USAID funded public non-profit organization, implementing economic development projects funded by USAID, ICCO, CARE International, Norwegian Embassy in Moscow and others. While leading SCC I have initiated eight annual production and service Regional EXPOs (trade fairs) in Shirak marz exhibiting Shirak, Lori and Tavush marz products and services hosting guest exhibitors from Georgia and Turkey. I was PUM Netherlands Local representative in North Armenia. I have implemented AUA extension program – Women Entrepreneurship Program in Gyumri in partnership with Armenian International Women Association based in Boston. I was the trainer and the Gyumri project director. After the course the participants were provided coaching for a year and I am the organizer of regional Annual Trade Fairs since 2005.
