Beautify a website

Badr responded quickly to my prompt and warned me to an insecurity in my code (unlike most freelancers, who don't read prompt and certainly don't inspect code before bidding). That is why I picked him despite slightly higher cost. He was highly responsive by chat despite being on different continents and his English is impeccable. Website was clean, he provided design as well as build, and made revisions for free to my satisfaction. I'm employing him to maintain/upgrade.
