I almost lost a customer because of Harsh. At first he delivered on time. But after a month, he repeatedly ignored his commitments. I told him several times that if he doesn't have time I am fine to appoint another freelancer. But he used to promise and never deliver. When I used to ping him, he never communicated on time. All in all it was a very frustrating experience working with Harsh.
