Hammad a talented programmer who is extremely lazy and makes empty promises. My project was 3 months overdue with continuous promises for completion, I ended the project due to a lack of communication and empty promises. I feel that the freelancer's attention to detail is not all there and he would be valued to any small project which does not require him to commit too much time to it. My project is lefted uncompleted with major sync issues which was not addresses.
