I worked as a team manager in a BPO for almost 10 years

I worked in BPO for more than 13 years. I was an agent for more than 3 years and finally decided to take a Team Leader role. For the last 10 years, I have handled both technical and customer service campaigns. I am result-oriented and a bit competitive which made me a top team leader for the longest time on of the the campaigns I have handled. I managed successful teams in voice, chat and even email LOB. I was also able to mentor agents that are now successful in supervisory and even managerial positions. I am looking forward to start a career as a free lancer. As always, I commit for success in any job I do.
