Since 2003 until 2012, I have been employed at the Bank of Cyprus, one of the leading banks in Greece, handling customer relations in the international trade finance and collections department. I have dealt with difficult trade issues as well as collections and out of court settlements with clients. This involved often sensitive communications with clients, as well as dealing with other international banks domestically and abroad. Between 2013 until today I have been employed at small and multinational companies, providing mostly customer service, performing collection and settlements of overdue loans.
