After the Supreme Court of India banned the cryptocurrencies in 2018, the cryptocurrency exchanges' APIs stopped responding. So I stopped maintaining this project.

Using this application various stakeholders like artists, authors, students, researchers will be able to upload their file securely, maintain the integrity and take the ownership of their content.
On the other hand, various verifiers like government authorities, insurance companies can verify the integrity of the documentsany time using the same portal. The framework consists of three simple stages:
I. Calculating and storing the hash and timestamp of the digital file uploaded by the user on web portal
II. Storing and retrieving the original file from File Retrieval System using symmetric key cryptography
III. Verifying the integrity of the file with respect to the hash of original file stored on
blockchain

4. View entire blockchain

This framework can be used to further develop a blockchain for any given used case.

Verifying the Integrity of Digital Files using Decentralized Timestamping on Blockchain

The proposed system uses the new and emerging technologies like Blockchain to store the hash of the files uploaded by user which will be the integrity of that file and IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) Network which will be used to store the original files uploaded along with the trusted timestamping and the location of the file from where it was uploaded.
