WOW What a great job. I had voice transcribed to a word doc. Obviously i did final edit of the text, and change a few things, but overall it was so good Very Helpful: went out of their way top make sure all was ok and sent me 2 pages to check to make sure on the right track So Quick: Although i didn't put a time on it, the job was done in about two days and this would have been quicker but I was busy and could not get back to them at times. I was very happy with the time taken Very Polite: It makes such a difference to work with someone who is courteous, friendly and very concerned about the quality of work Follow up: they made sure I was happy with the job and they asked me for feedback which was graciously taken Patient: they were very patient with me as I was unfamiliar with the 'new' layout of freelancer and this delayed my payment to them a little and getting the files to them was a bit slow because of problem at my end
