Project 36461307 has been deleted

Do not hire this Freelancer. Repeated missed deadlines, repeated poor excuses and poor quality rushed work. He recieved two time extensions totaling longer than the original bid and still was unable to deliver satisfactory work. I repeatedly tried to end the project due to poor work & missed deadlines. He tried to change the project to show it was complete before he would release my money. Highly unethical. Cost me almost a month of lost sales.
