Well, the project deadline was moved many times. This was mainly caused by the communication between both sides and the fact, that the requiremens were too general from my side (did not list possible hidden problems). All stuff required more R&D (not just one single bid). Because they realized these problems later, we had to increase the budget. The pity is that I could chat with the developer from the start, and avoid some misunderstandings before the actual start of an implementation. But at the end I would like to thank Supratim Roy for his great effort, perfect straightforward communication and great development skills. The project was then completed and delivered at 100%. I recommend others to chat with the developer directly too.
