Lack of his professional skills and manners resulted in waste of time, efforts and funds, then eventually ended in dispute he lost. This freelancer was not only unable to complete a simple video editing project, but he was dishonest, constantly tried to negotiate after he accepted the project, and he wanted payment sent simply for showing a short sample that proved lack of skills. I would not work with him nor recommend him.
