I have over 20 years of customer service experience and in the call center environment as well. During that time I’ve learn that the most important thing for the customer in any line of business is to be heard…whether is feedback they are giving or a concern…they just want to vent and be heard and to feel their issue matters and will be taken care of Im always open to feedback..there is always room for improvement and for learning..we learn new stuff every day.
