Hi! I’m Kirill Talanine, and I’m looking forward to helping you solve your web design and development challenges. I would describe myself primarily as a front end web developer, but with strong interests in design, and back end systems. Before I discovered my passion for web development, I had studied mathematical physics, and ran my own business as a photographer. As a result I am both highly analytical and have a keen aesthetic eye - two complementary traits that help me solve problems both functionally and aesthetically. As a self-confessed perfectionist, it matters greatly to me that things are not just done, but done well. I always try to go the extra mile to ensure the work I deliver is top notch. My skills at present let me tackle any problems involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery, and I have experience with PHP, MySQL, various CMS’s including Wordpress and Drupal. I’m also a Photoshop Ninja, and a deft hand at Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign. I’m located in Canberra, Australia, and would love to discuss projects on the phone or via Skype. I believe clear communication is key to effective freelancer-client relationships and to the best possible results. My hobbies include video production and filmmaking, photography, retouching, drinking every last coffee, and a plethora of adventure sports.
