She is very cooperative, we changed gears in terms of what was required, and Rabi was very patient during the process. Her work is good, but I would hire her based off her great attitude.

Project had to be ended early because we were not delivered the design(s) we were looking for and there was too much miscommunication. Rabi does not do the work herself and has a team, which was not disclosed before the project started. Rabi, before the project started, stated that she liked communication as the work was done but then requested documentation and only gave daily updates. Rabi insisted we start that day, but after receiving the project and milestone she insisted on continuing the day next. Everything was slightly behind schedule, but that was mainly because we did not like the design(s) since they were not up to our specifications. Further communication only made the design worse. Rabi refused to be paid for the day(s) that she had worked on the project as courtesy, even though the proper work was not delivered, and wanted to continue the project to full completion - even though we were not satisfied. Rabi claimed we had caused her financial damages and claimed we were breaking a contract. Dispute had to be filed - no initial cooperation. Ended up accepting portion of money for amount of work that was actually done. 2/5 Quality - Not terrible, not great. Not what we asked for though. 2/5 Communication - Lots of miscommunication, but spoke fluent English and willing to talk. 1/5 Expertise - Had to continuously explain basic concepts that was in documentation. 1/5 Professionalism - Would not cooperate, did not disclose there was a team, etc. Would not re-hire.
