I have completed my masters in Mechanical Engineering. I have 1 years of teaching experience in Mechanical field. From past 3 year I am working as Sr. Research Engineer in one of Process engineering company. I have 3 years experience in designing of Process equipment. I have design & commissioned spray dryer plan. I have designed & commissioned a granulation plant for various fertilizer like urea and Calcium nitrate. One of my major research work include working on ANSYS fluent ( CFD software) I used to work on this to validate my design for fluid flow behaviour. I have done many CFD project listed as follows. 1) CFD analysis for pressure loss in ducting 2) CFD analysis of Cyclone separator to estimate the efficiency 3) CFD analysis of Spray dryer for optimization of Chamber 4) CFD analysis of different types of perforated plate to check the pressure drop and air flow distribution.
