This is the first time I worked with her and she is definitely better than many other content writers from India. The reason I put a 7 instead of 10.. a) there were very few ( yes, really very few) but there were, grammatical issues b) The main problem : Her article compositions are more like patch work - that is to say, there is no spontaneity of thought process and subject matter. The first paragraph could be something, the second para might deviate again the third para is back in track. c) Lacks research on the subject - the content provided were very top level with some critical errors (e.g, one article mentioned it is the "shaft" of the golf club that hits the ball d) There was a delay in the project delivery - though she mentioned it was because she wasn't well and had to be hospitalized. Its unfortunate, but I am mentioning it here for the sake of transparency. I would give her a special thanks for sincerity and commitment to provide proper service, however, she probably needs to improve further.
