As a Researcher, I have developed broad expertise in different pathophysiological contexts, such as Oncology and Chronic Lung Diseases, and in several areas of scientific knowledge, such as cell biology, molecular biology and immunology.
I coordinated and supervised several research projects and young researchers. As such, I have developed a strong experience in manuscripts/communications, scientific reports and grant writing.
I have widespread skills in leadership and managing, planning, initiating and coordinating projects, prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, problem-solving, active listening and conflict resolution.
I had the rewarding opportunity to be involved in organising international scientific events, which allowed me to work alongside people from multiple academic and non-academical backgrounds, making me easily adaptable to changing working environments.
I became an excellent communicator, quickly established networking opportunities, organised, attentive to detail, broad-minded, and unconditionally devoted to new challenges.
I am now excited to embrace new challenges focused on Science Management, Communication and Innovation, where I can apply the knowledge and skills I acquired as a researcher.
